Dalmellington Band is based in the small village of Dalmellington in the South West of Scotland, 60 miles south of Glasgow. It is one of Scotland’s oldest Brass Bands and has been in the forefront of the movement since its formation in 1864.
The band have had notable success in contests and have their name inscribed on every major competition trophy in Scotland, including 3 Scottish Championship wins.
